How can I trust the supplier

The supplier is offered a paid on-site Audit at a competitive price. He gets a report from the audit firm and he conducts necessary actions to ensure quality compliance of his unit. Checking the supplier's company profile, you have access to his certifications and financials. You can also find videos and pictures of the factory, which you wouldn't have in a tradeshow.
For large firms, we implement a blacklist feature so they can identify factories with whom not to work. We get notifications from buyers in case a supplier does not give satisfactory service : we open a claim and ensure a follow-up. The supplier gets a notification and after 3 bad recommendations, we close his account.
I prefer to visit tradeshows

Tradeshows are available a few days per year and can represent a high cost depending on the number of staff attending. It is difficult in a few days to identify and acquire many new suppliers. This solution allows you to conclude new deals all year round.
What are the advantages?

Besides, we are less expensive than all of our competitors whose offer is not as comprehensive as ours.

You could acquire a "starter" plan to test the value of our solution. It represents the equivalent of a plane ticket to visit a tradeshow. We can upgrade you to other plans if you decide to benefit from additional features.
We have our own e-sourcing software to launch RFQs. Why do I need your solution?

It is convenient to work on a single platform to search for suppliers and source directly. The RFQ feature allows you to spread the research among qualified suppliers who comply to your requirements. The e-auction feature will ensure you get best prices possible at equivalent quality levels. You can start using the RFQ feature on small requests to test ease of use and successful completion.
Why should I choose your job post plan as opposed to choosing a company specialized in recruitment?

Through our solution, we decided to represent the entire value chain of the Fashion Industry. Our offer would not be complete if it didn't cover talent acquisition. We allow you to post job openings which will be accessible by all of our community; suppliers, experts, students... thereby increasing chances of finding the right profiles to join your team. The pricing is competitive because we do not participate in the recruitment steps as such, and you have complete control over the content of your Post.
Do I have knowledge of the suppliers that have been blacklisted by other users?

You have access to the suppliers that have been blacklisted in your own organisation. We follow up on the total list of blacklisted suppliers. After 3 negative reports, we remove the supplier from our platform.

Can I make a swift?

Swifts are accepted. You will pay all bank fees. Your account will be opened after receiving the full payment. It may take 5 business days.

Can you assure me to have new customers?

The platform cannot guarantee that you will have new customers. However, you will have more chances of attracting brand attention if you supply quality product descriptions and images, as well as any data concerning your production approach so as to reassure the potntial customer.
What is the effort necessary for me to describe my activity?

You will have to fill out a form which is quite detailed. The more details you include, the more you will appear in the search keywords. The necessary time depends on the extent of your product line. This upfront effort is important to promote your unit on the platform.
How long does it take to enter my profile?

It only takes a few minutes to suscribe and get your password. You can take the time necessary to fill in all information. Since you have the control of your section, you can always update/change data as you require.

Why is the plan less expensive for external resources?

We want to make sure every contributor to the Fashion value chain gets a chance to be referenced. In the case of external resources, they can only benefit from being referenced and therefore "findable" by the buyer or supplier users. They benefit from none of the other features.
Do I need to be audited if I want to be referenced on the platform?

No you don't but your customers are looking more and more for suppliers who have passed an audit for environmental, social or production conformity. This is part of their own sustainability programs. So having had an on site audit can only be beneficial to you.
I'm already audited and need a license for 8 users. What plan do I choose?

We will offer to put you on the "Select" plan for 1500€ up to 9 users, and you will benefit from the same advantages as for the "Business Certified" plan.
What if I am audited and don't get a pass ?

One of the audit benefits is for you to either prove that your processes are compliant to what clients are expecting, or to focus on points needing your attention. This may be a way to pinpoint areas of improvement and more generally be a better business partner.

What if I want to stop the subscription in the middle of the year?

The subscription stays valid for one year. You can stop the subscription with a 3-month notice before the end of the one-year period.
Will my competitors see my products, profile ?

It's an open platform like Internet or a tradeshow. Anyone with a user-id and password can see your profile, just like you can see your competitors'.
